Privacy Policy
Updated January 2026
1. Overview
SteriGenix Analytical, LLC ("SteriGenix", "we", "us") provides analytical testing services and a public Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification portal at sterigenixanalytical.com. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Contact submissions. When you submit a contact form, we collect the name, email, optional company, optional phone, and message you provide.
- Sample submission records. When you ship a sample for testing, we collect the chain-of-custody and shipping information you provide on the submission form.
- Account information. Authorized laboratory staff accounts include an email address and authentication metadata.
- Operational logs. Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path, user-agent) retained for security and abuse prevention.
3. Public COA records
A Certificate of Analysis published on this site is intentionally public and indexed only by its batch identifier. It contains the substance name, batch number, test date, methods, results, and the names and identifiers of the personnel who released it. Do not submit a sample for testing if you do not want a COA bearing that batch number to be publicly verifiable.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To process, perform, and report on analytical testing.
- To operate, secure, and improve the verification portal.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. infrastructure, email delivery), or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
Contact and lead records are retained for up to 24 months. Raw instrument data and laboratory records are retained for three (3) years from the date of test, consistent with industry practice. Authentication and audit logs are retained for the lifetime of the account.
7. Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Administrative access is restricted to named personnel and protected by strong-password requirements (including breach-database checks).
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting privacy@sterigenixanalytical.com. Requests to remove a published COA must be made by the sponsoring client of record and may be denied where the record is required for regulatory or audit purposes.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
