Terms of Service
Updated January 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing sterigenixanalytical.com or engaging SteriGenix Analytical, LLC ("SteriGenix") for analytical services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Research-use materials only
SteriGenix provides analytical testing for research-grade peptides and small-molecule compounds. Materials submitted for testing must not be intended for human or veterinary consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, or other regulated end use. SteriGenix is not a clinical laboratory and issues no opinion on safety, efficacy, or fitness for any consumed use.
3. Scope of testing
Each Certificate of Analysis ("COA") applies only to the specific batch of material identified on the report. Results do not extend to other batches, lots, formulations, or the manufacturing or storage practices of any party.
4. Sample submission
Clients are responsible for the legal possession, packaging, labeling, and shipment of samples in compliance with all applicable laws and carrier requirements. SteriGenix may refuse, return, or destroy any sample at its discretion, including samples of regulated substances for which the client cannot demonstrate authority to ship.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per the current price list or written estimate. Invoices are due net 15 unless agreed otherwise. Late balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
6. Turnaround
Quoted turnaround times are estimates from receipt of an acceptable sample and complete submission paperwork. Delays caused by sample condition, instrument queue, or third-party reference standards are not a basis for refund.
7. Verification portal
The verification portal at sterigenixanalytical.com/verify is provided as a public authenticity check for SteriGenix-issued COAs. SteriGenix does not warrant that any product bearing a printed copy of a COA was supplied, handled, or stored consistent with the tested batch.
8. Intellectual property
The site, brand, methods documentation, and report templates are the property of SteriGenix. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to reproduce their own COAs as issued, unmodified, for legitimate business purposes.
9. Confidentiality
SteriGenix treats client identity and submission data as confidential and will not disclose it absent written client consent or a lawful order. A COA, once published, is a public artifact identifiable by its batch number and is excluded from this confidentiality undertaking.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STERIGENIX MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT TEST RESULTS WILL BE FREE OF INSTRUMENT-LEVEL UNCERTAINTY OR THAT ANY MATERIAL TESTED IS FIT FOR ANY USE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STERIGENIX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC TESTING THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. STERIGENIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SteriGenix from any claim arising out of (i) shipment or possession of submitted material, (ii) downstream use, sale, or distribution of any tested material, and (iii) any breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
14. Changes
SteriGenix may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
